不过个人认为B不是觉得是M把J从他身边推开了
而是M对J说了过分的话
可以从M和B的对话的时候B的语气看出来

B:Why'd you do that?
M:After what he did?
B:He didn't do anything.We were never happily married.He was always free to go.So was I.
(这里也看出B没有怪M)

B:I said be quiet.(语气比上一个be quiet强了很多!!)
