Gothenburg, Sweden. A businessman, Peter, is accused of murder. While in custody, Peter’s story -- and the mystery behind the murder -- unfolds in flashbacks. Soon to marry and take over the family business, Peter’s life takes an unexpected turn when he crosses paths with Nassim. An exotic-looking, extroverted free spirit, Nassim assumes Peter is gay and flirts accordingly. Intrigued, Peter meets him at Keillers Park and, shortly thereafter, the pair end up in bed. The sex -- and emotions -- are intense, and as Peter gets deeper and deeper with Nassim, it becomes harder and harder to maintain a heterosexual front with his family, friends and co-workers. He must choose between his old life and a new, authentic one, and neither choice guarantees a happy ending. Director Susanna Edwards brings a strong visual sense (“striking to look at,” touts Variety), hot sex scenes, lots of male nudity, audacious dramatic shocks and gripping suspense to this superb love story/mystery.
